Nurse Recruitment - About the process
-
We listen to
your requirements and thoroughly discuss with your plans
and expectations. If you this is the first time you are
doing international recruitment of foreign nurses, we will
provide you with detailed information as to what is
involved in the process.
-
We don't hide
or underestimate potential difficulties. We offer reliable
and comprehensive analysis of your project so you know
what to expect and make an educated and confident
decision.
-
Once we
sign a contract with you, we begin your recruitment
campaign.
-
We
conduct targeted advertising in the most effective local
media (newspapers, nursing schools and hospitals, as well
as personal networking).
-
We
source potential nursing candidates.
-
We conduct
thorough interviews with the nurses to define their
professional experience and skill sets and identify their
employment preferences.
-
After the
interview, we verify their employment history and
references as well as educational credentialing.
-
We
review
resumes of the selected nurses and include all the
required information (nursing licenses info, passport
number, photo, education, work experience, and employment
references).
-
Before
presenting the nurse candidates to you, we conduct another
interview with the nurses to make sure that their choices
and situation have not changed.
-
We then
arrange interviews with you either by phone, video tape
(pre-recorded interviews) or in person. Up to this point,
the overall recruiting process takes 30-60 days, depending
on the number of nurses you require.
-
Once the
final candidates have been selected by you, we guide the
nurses through the process of exam preparations and
training, as well as making sure that the required
VisaScreen and immigration forms are properly prepared
and submitted, in order to avoid months of potential
delays.
-
We
assist you the employer with preparation of the required
documentation (Form I-140, immigration, etc.) and making
sure that all copies are made and preserved. We have an in
house immigration law firm to assure proper filing. So you
don't need to hire an immigration attorney.
-
We make
the travel arrangements for the nurses (air plane tickets)
and provide information about the border patrol
regulations.
-
Upon
their arrival in the United States, we offer to receive
the nurses at the airport and deliver them to their
temporary residence.
-
We offer
assistance with finding affordable accommodations for the
nurses for the first 2 weeks (furnished, shared or
private) and deliver orientation and cultural seminars to
the nurses.
